When you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, phone number and the details of your enquiry, used solely to respond and provide our services (lawful basis: contract and legitimate interest).
Cookies
This site uses only essential cookies/local storage (to remember your cookie choice). We do not currently use any analytics or tracking cookies.
Who we share data with
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, who deliver them to our inbox. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for 12 months if you don't become a client, then deleted. If you become a client, records connected to the work we do for you are kept for 6 years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
